Guardians Of The Galaxy Blu-Ray And DVD Release Date Revealed

While Guardians of the Galaxy is still playing in movie theaters in the United States and has yet to be released in theaters in some countries, a release date for the Blu-ray and DVD has now been revealed.

According to a product listing on Amazon.com, Guardians of the Galaxy will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in the United states on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Marvel Studios has yet to officially announced the Blu-ray and DVD release, so there is no information on extra bonus features as of yet. But Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn has already teased some deleted scenes for the Blu-ray release, so we know there will be some.

Guardians of the Galaxy is currently the highest grossing movie of the year at the U.S. box office, having grossed over $314 million. At the worldwide box office, Guardians of the Galaxy has grossed over $633 million year to date. A Guardians of the Galaxy sequel has already been announced by Marvel Studios for a release date of July 28, 2017.

On Amazon.com, the Guardians of the Galaxy DVD is listed for $18.99, the Blu-ray is listed for $22.99, and the Blu-ray combo pack is listed for $24.99.
