Terry Moore Shares Rachel Rising #31's Creepy Cover

Eisner and Harvey-winning cartoonist Terry Moore shared the cover for the upcoming Rachel Rising #31 on Twitter tonight.

You can see it above.

The image shows Rachel sitting on the edge of a dock, a noose around her neck and a long rope reaching into the water and seemingly attached to a corpse -- one that looks a bit like the witch Rachel was centuries ago, before she died and was reborn in Rachel.

The solicitation should be in the next issue of Previews..
