Avengers: Age of Ultron Footage, Behind-the-Scenes Clips From Guardians of the Galaxy DVD Leak

A Facebook user going by the handle Adoro Filmes has posted footage from the upcoming home video release of Guardians of the Galaxy, including a sneak peek at Avengers: Age of Ultron, online.

In the featurette described below, you can see Joss Whedon and Kevin Feige wax enthusiastic about the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe while a series of images -- some familiar and some not -- play across the screen and the effects team talks about bringing the Hulkbuster armor to the screen.

"As we enter Age of Ultron, the world is a very, very different place where we meet the Avengers than where we left them at the end of the first one," Feige says.

There are shots of Scarlet Witch and Hawkeye in action -- albeit very brief ones -- before they return to Feige.

"We will be shooting on more distant locations than we ever have on any of our other films," he says.

Cue Joss Whedon introducing the first day of shooting in Italy, followed by executive producer Jeremy Latcham saying that they're going to London, New York, Korea and South Africa in the course of the shoot.

"We're really going to see a flavor of the whole world with this film," Latcham said.

Added Whedon, "This is a movie that's going to take people on every kind of a journey. It's exponentially more interesting."

"The first sequence we started working on when we started working on Avengers 2, we said, 'What do fans want? What do we want? What do we want to see in the movie?" Says Latcham. "And it was Hulk and Hulkbuster. Part of the fun of this sequence is seeing it finally come to life."

As producers vamped about their excitement, we see more cars flipping, intercut with a shot of Scarlet Witch casting a spell and then a small explosion going off. As Whedon explains that he loves working with the characters of the Marvel Universe, he notes that there are aspects of it that fans have never seen before -- like Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

"Her manipulation of objects and his super speed are not things that we've seen in the Marvel Universe," Whedon says.

They cut to Elizabeth Olsen, who callls Wanda a "badass" while the footage cuts between shots of her casting spells and, at one point, a massive chunk of debris coming up from the ground around her and then exploding.

"Ultron has been the mainstay villain for the Avengers since I was a kid," says Whedon.

"Ultron is unbelievably powerful and unbelievably driven," says Feige. "When you have that combination of traits in a body that you can't kill, that you can't stop, it gets to be very scary."

At that point, there's a series of shots of explosions going off around Avengers including Black Widow, Captain America and Thor, followed by a shot of Wanda casting another spell.

"Mass destruction, check, superheroes, check, a beautiful location, check," laughs Whedon over a series of final, quick cuts of the characters in action before it fades to the CG Ultron head we've seen since Comic Con 2012 or so.

Avengers: Age of Ultron will be in theaters May 1.
