Natalie Portman Revealed In First Jane Got A Gun Images

The upcoming western Jane Got A Gun has released its first official images, revealing Natalie Portman as the film's starring character, Jane Hammond.

In Jane Got A Gun, Portman's Hammond must convince her ex-lover to defend her farm and outlawed husband from a devious gang of outlaws. The film will see Portman reunite with her former Star Wars castmate Ewan McGregor, who will play the film's villain. 

Jane Got A Gun has had a troubled production story on the road to its release. The film was initially supposed to star Michael Fassbender as Jane's ex-lover, but he dropped out due to a scheduling conflict. Jude Law then signed on as a replacement, but he too left when original director Lynne Ramsay left the project after the first day of shooting. Gavin O'Connor then came on board as the film's new director, along with Ewan McGregor as Law's replacement. These setbacks have pushed the film's release date back twice.

Regardless, Jane Got A Gun is now finally ready for audiences to view. Check out the rest of the official images below.
