It looks like the Batman: Arkham franchise has something in common with Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy...and it's pretty spoilery.

So...yeah. Spoilers.

Over at Videogamer.com, they've got what's purported to be an image from Amazon (now removed), which spoils a major story element of the game:

In case you can't read it, a statue included with a special edition of the anticipated video game Batman: Arkham Knight features Batman standing over Gotham City along with a message that appears to read "From a Grateful City In Memory of the Gotham Knight."

The new version added to the Amazon listing once this one was removed simply says "The Gotham Knight."

This version of the game is exclusive to Amazon.co.uk, though, and even though they've replaced the image, the description still refers to the collectible as "an imposing Batman memorial statue commemorating Gotham's protector, the Dark Knight".

VideoGamer sugggests that fans may be able to play as the mysterious Arkham Knight if Batman were to die in-story rather than at the end, which given the profile they've given the character admittedly seems like a strong possibility.

Fans who want to get the Limited Edition you can pre-order it from Amazon for £79.99.
