Last year, Kevin Smith ("Comic Book Men") took a crack at horror when he transformed a man into a walrus for Tusk. Apparently, he enjoyed it so much so that he will be lending his directing skills to a brand new horror anthology.

XYZ Films and Distant Corners Entertainment are teaming up to produce a horror anthology, Holidays. As you could guess it from the title, each vignette will focus on a widely-celebrated holiday, like Christmas, Easter, Halloween and Mother's Day.

Joining Kevin Smith will be fellow filmmakers Gary Shore ("Dracula Untold"), Matt Johnson ("The Dirties"), Scott Stewart ("Dark Skies"), Nick McCarthy ("The Pact"), Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kolsch ("Starry Eyes"), Sarah Smith ("The Midnight Swim"); and Anthony Scott Burns ("Manifold").

In the coming weeks, you can expect more directors to be announced. With so much talent coming together for this project it is expect to lure some well-known actors.

Holidays will arrive in 2016.
