With the pop culture world mourning the loss of science fiction legend Leonard Nimoy, Syfy will air five solid hours of Nimoy-featured programming on Sunday, March 1, the network announced via Twitter.
Honoring legacy of #LeonardNimoy w 5 hr salute March 1 from 9AM-2PM (ET/PT): includes Twilight Zone ep, arc on Star Trek:TNG, Star Trek 6.

Nimoy, best known for his role as Mr. Spock on Star Trek, was a legend in the kind of storytelling Syfy champions; in addition to the roles named above, he had memorable parts on Fringe and in Transformers: The Movie. He was featured in classic TV like Gunsmoke, Columbo and Mission: Impossible.
