Star Trek Producer Harve Bennett Has Passed Away At The Age Of 84

It has been a rough week for Star Trek fans. First, Leonard Nimoy passed away and now Harve Bennett has passed away. He was 84.

Bennett produced and co-wrote the stories for Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Star Trek III: The Search For Spock, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home and Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. He even made a cameo in the latter as Starfleet Chief of Staff Admiral Robert Bennett.

Harve won't just be remembered for helming the Star Trek movie franchise as he also produced some popular television series, like The Mod Squad, The Six Million Dollar Man and its spinoff The Bionic Woman.
