New Mad Max Image Covers Total Film Magazine

This year's Mad Max: Fury Road is peeling out of the latest issue of Total Film magazine, emblazoning this month's cover with a new image of Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron.

The fourth installment in the Mad Max film series, Mad Max: Fury Road follows Max to the most dangerous corners of a post-apocalyptic Earth. Ravaged by the sadistic, desperate, and cunning, the barren landscape needs Max (Hardy) and newcomer Furiosa (Theron) to restore some semblance of humanity to what was once Earth. As the two peace-keepers unite, sinister forces will rise to meet their challenge.

Directed and co-written by Mad Max helmer George Miller, Mad Max: Fury Road also stars Nicholas Holt, Hugh Keays-Byrne, and Nathan Jones. It hits theaters on May 15.
