Teaser Trailer For Kevin Smith Biopic Shooting Clerks

Shooting Clerks tells the astonishing tale of how Kevin Smith made the 1994 black and white comedy Clerks on a meager budget of $27,575.

Smith was able to fund his film by selling his comic book collection, maxing-out multiple credit cards, using funds from an insurance payout and money set aside for a college education. He shot the film in 21 days at a convenient store he worked at.

Shooting Clerks will feature many actors from the original film, like Smith, Jason Mewes, Brian O'Halloran, Marilyn Ghigliotti, Scott Mosier, Walter Flanagan, Ming Chen, Mike Zapcic, Scott Schiaffo and Ernest O'Donnell. It'll be released on April 13, 2015.
