Arrow Featurette Previews Public Enemy

The CW Television Network has released a new featurette for Wednesday's "Public Enemy" episode of their hit television series Arrow.

The dynamic of the show is about to be changed forever! "After this episode, the show will literally never be the same," Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim warns. "Let me repeat, the show will never be the same."
