Would you believe me if I told you Marvel's Daredevil is the highest rated show on Netflix instant. You should, because it is!

Its gritty 13-episode first season has received 4.6 out of 5 stars, which is a tenth of a point higher than House of Cards, Breaking Bad, and Sherlock. Only the Alzheimer's documentary Alive Inside has a rating as high as Daredevil's.

This shouldn't come as too much of a surprise as fans and critics alike have showered the series with plenty of praise. Over at Rotten Tomatoes the series has received a 98% approval rating. Based on 41 reviews, it has an average rating of 8.2 out of 10.
