New Supergirl, Fear The Walking Dead & Heroes Reborn Images

Variety's "Actors To Watch" article includes new stills from CBS' Supergirl, AMC's Fear The Walking Dead and NBC's Heroes Reborn.

We got a new look at Melissa Benoist dressed as Supergirl standing in front of a fiery wreck. The Glee and Whiplash actress auditioned 10 times over two-and-a-half months to land the role. The significance of the part isn't lost on her. Benoist told Variety, "There are moments when I step back and look at the bigger picture and I'm on the set with fire and explosions and I'm in the suit — and I'll have to do a double-take."

Then we have a snap of Alycia Debnam-Carey looking glum during a scene for The Walking Dead spinoff. "It took a while to sink in," Alycia said. "I'm lucky to be part of a world that's already well established and supported."

Lastly, a Heroes Reborn image featuring The Boy Next Door and Pretty Little Liars actor Ryan Guzman. He wouldn't say anything about his "secretive" role in the show, but did say, "I'm living out a childhood dream in the character I play on TV."
