Furious 7 has now become a member of the fantastic four, joining three other films as the only four films in history to gross more than $1.5 billion at the worldwide box office.

Since being released in movie theaters on April 3, 2015, Furious 7 has grossed an astonishing $1,500,103,470 at the worldwide box office. Furious 7 currently ranks fourth on the all-time highest-grossing movies list, trailing only Avatar, Titanic, and Avengers.

As the only two films to gross over $2 billion at the worldwide box office, Avatar and Titanic are probably pretty comfortable in their top two spots. However, Furious 7 stands a good chance at passing Avengers, which ended its worldwide box office run with $1.518 billion.

Of course, if Furious 7 does catch and pass the Avengers, there is still the chance that Avengers: Age of Ultron could ultimately move ahead of both films. Avengers: Age of Ultron has grossed $1.281 billion at the worldwide box office and is still going strong.
