Yes, The Last Guardian has been resurrected, and is actually coming out, for real this time. Opening the Sony PlayStation E3 conference, the long-awaited and much-delayed game is finally a reality once more.
The gameplay revealed at the press conference centered on the young protagonist and his pet giant feathered bird dog thing, Trico. They worked together to navigate a crumbling city ruins and escape danger. The game was first announced in 2009 as a PlayStation 3 exclusive, but is now, obviously, coming to the current PlayStation 4 console. It will come to the console in 2016.
