James "Bam Bam" Bamford, the man responsible for so much of Arrow's stunt and fight choreography and generally regarded as a big part of the show's success, will make his directorial debut with the series' seventh episode in Season Four, star Stephen Amell announced via Twitter.

Of course, one has to assume now that Episode Seven will be pretty stunt-heavy. So...take your bets as to what they'll do to make it extra challenging for Bamford to do both jobs at once.
