Move over, Roxy, there's a new Rancor in town. While the scale-to-life model Roxy the Rancor has been a staple at Star Wars Celebration conventions for photo ops, the folks at Tested decided to make a more mobile version. Working from original models and scrapped plans for a human-driven suit for Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, the team made a mobile, cushioned costume that isn't dissimilar from those you'd find at your favorite theme park.

The costume was a big hit at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2015, where they debuted the finished product. Having the cooperation of an original Jedi model and costume designer helped them achieve the realism they were focused on. Future videos will detail exactly how they put the costume together. The most shocking part isn't the high quality, or the camera/goggles combination for visibility, it's that it took them just over 3 weeks to complete.
