Gotham Promotes Drew Powell To Series Regular

Drew Powell has been promoted to series regular in the second season of Gotham. Powell Butch Gilzean, formerly Fish Mooney's chief goon. Season 2 will find him in the employ of new Gotham crime lord Oswald Cobblepot.

Powerll is the latest Gotham actor to be promoted to series regular, following Morena Baccarin, Nicholas D'Agosto, and Chris Chalk.

Gotham Season 2 premieres Sept. 21 on Fox.
