We may have our first look at Neal McDonough (Captain America: The First Avenger, Agent Carter) as Arrow's Season 4 baddie Damien Darhk.

A couple days ago, Paul Blackthorne, who plays Detective Quentin Lance, shared an image that appears to show Neal McDonough filming a scene for the upcoming season of Arrow. "Nice to be working with Neal McDonough this season...," Blackthorne wrote on his official Facebook page.
