Yesterday, screenwriter Drew Pearce (Iron Man 3) revealed that he had completed and turned in a script to Ghostbusters producer Ivan Reitman for a film set in the Ghostbusters cinematic universe that would star Channing Tatum (22 Jump Street) and Chris Pratt (Jurassic World). Today, Pratt seemed to tease the news on his Instagram account with images of goats and lyrics--written phonetically--to the original Ghostbusters theme song.

BUT,Reitman issued a statement trying to put some cold water on the latest Ghostbusters news. "There has been a lot of excitement recently about what is happening with the Ghostbusters franchise," Reitman said (via EW). "As the producer of the new Ghostbusters film, I feel the need to clarify. There is only one new Ghostbusters movie and that is the Paul Feig directed version coming next July, presently filming and going fantastically. The rest is just noise."

Check out Pratt-Pratt's posts below.
