The Walking Dead Season 5: We Kill Everybody Deleted Scene

Ahead of the Blu-ray release for the fifth season of AMC's The Walking Dead, producers have released a look at a deleted scene from the set.

Just as the survivors are preparing to mount their assault on the hospital during the midseason finale, Rick promises that if anything goes south, they'll kill everyone.

While that decisive action might have made fans -- especially fans of Beth -- happy when the episode's hostage swap went south, the eventual decision to kill only the woman responsible for Beth's murder was probably the reason the scene was cut. To have him "call his shot" on something like clearing out the hospital and then go back on it would likely have seemed confusing to some viewers.

The Walking Dead's fifth season comes out Aug. 25 on Blu-ray and DVD and features more than three hours of bonus features including the clip, above.
