Leonard's Other Woman To Be Introduced On The Big Bang Theory Season 9

TV Line is reporting that Melissa Tang has the role of 'Mandy,' the woman Leonard kissed when he was on his North Sea expedition. In the Season 8 finale, Leonard revealed this information to Penny, while they were en route to Vegas to elope.

Tang will make her debut in the second episode. She would be best known for her brief but memorable roles on Mom ('Suzanne Taylor'), New Girl and How I Met Your Mother.

Season 9 of The Big Bang Theory begins a few hours from where the previous season left off. Will Penny and Leonard tie the knot, or has his last-minute confession thrown a wrench into the works?

The 9th season of CBS' The Big Bang Theory premieres September 21.
