First Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension Poster Released

The first official poster for Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension has the bewildering tagline: "For the first time, you will see the activity." Why is that perplexing? Well, the franchise has been built on having unseen ghosts causing chaos. It's part of its charm.

To be fair, this is the final entry in the supernatural-horror series and the film's producer Jason Blum has promised all secrets will be revealed. So, I guess it makes sense, however, it could turn off moviegoers that are accustomed to getting their scares from invisible, evil entities.

Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension is directed by Gregory Plotkin, from a script by Jason Pagan and Andrew Stark, and stars Katie Featherston.

Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension will be in theaters on Oct. 23.
