Michael Rooker is a staple of two of comic book culture's biggest franchises - The Walking Dead and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Recently, rumors have surfaced about Rooker being on set for The Walking Dead's season six production, but no one has posed the question of whether or not he'll be popping up when the show returns.

We had the chance to speak with Rooker at Wizard World Chicago, and when asked whether or not he'll be popping up in the flashback episode mentioned by Scott Gimple at San Diego Comic Con, while Rooker offered a negative response, it seems a little coy, saying "Not that I know of." Judge for yourself in the video below.

We also asked the Guardians star if he has seen the first draft of James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 script, but Rooker genuinely told us, "I haven't seen it."

The Walking Dead returns October 11 on AMC and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set for release May 5, 2017.
