Glenn (Steven Yeun) had his fill of emotional moments in Season 5 of The Walking Dead, from almost being beaten to death at the Terminus slaugherhouse to dealing with the death of Noah to being lured and attacked by Nicholas (the man responsible for Noah's untimely death) to deciding whether or not to kill Nicholas when he had the upper hand -- twice! But Yeun says that was just a taste of what's to come, as Season 6 will be even more emotional.

"It's easy to use the buzzwords — to say 'roller coaster' or 'intense,'" Yeun told Entertainment Weekly. "I think last year was a very good indicator of where we're headed. We're seeing everybody as who they are now. You've found them grizzled. You've found them completely broken and shattered and they've all witnessed and experienced terrible things. And so you get to see them there. We wear it on our face. We wear it on our body. To see where we've evolved to is awesome. So [season] 6 is that, is showing how much has been taken away from us. The end goal is to find some semblance of life that we lost before. I think you're going to see some deeply emotional character story and you're also going to see, as we always do, some crazy-ass s—."

The Walking Dead Season 6 premieres on Sunday, October 11 at 9 PM ET on AMC.
