Spoiler Warning: If you've watched tonight's episode of Fear The Walking Dead (Episode 2, "So Close, Yet So Far"), you want to know a bit more about what's going on with Tobias. If you haven't yet watched the episode, be warned, spoilers follow.

In "So Close, Yet So Far" Tobias parts ways with Madison to go off on his own. But where is he going? In an exclusive interview, we had the chance to ask Lincoln A. Castellanos, who plays Tobias, where he thinks Tobias is headed and whether or not we'll see him again.

Comicbook.com: So, Tobias is going off on his own now, apparently. Where are you going?

LC: That's a good question! I'm really awaiting the answer to that. I would imagine that I'm just gonna continue on my journey trying to ready myself and prepare for what's coming. I mean, I knew it was coming. It's happened. Now I've gotta deal with it. I've gotta be on my own and just face the music and just try to make the most of the situation and stay alive. Luckily, Madison was there to help me along the way but now, you know, we'll see what Tobias does on his own.

Will you be back any time in the first season? Or ever?

I hope so. Yeah! That's all I want to say! He's a smart kid so I think, if I was looking at him from an outside view, I would trust him. He was right so far. I would stick by him, actually. I think there's potential in a character like him who starts off kind of awkward and introverted, there's an opportunity for him to grow from this new world and to grow stronger. Not just psychologically and mentally but physically, as well. Who knows where it'll take him. I think it'll take him far - or at least that's what I hope. Where am I going? I'm gonna go somewhere safe.

That's probably a good idea. Who knows, you might end up being like the Morgan Jones of Fear The Walking Dead.

Well, you know what's funny, I had the pleasure of meeting Lennie James at an event one time when I was working a couple years ago, he was there. At that point he had just finished Morgan in The Walking Dead, so when I met Lennie I told him I was a big fan and I was super excited to see where his character was gonna go in the show. I mean, I know where it leads in the comics and he was very happy...so to have that comparison come up, you saying that, Brandon, I wouldn't mind it at all! I just want people to understand when I say he's just a regular kid who knows something is wrong and he's gonna try to do everything he can to stay alive. So is everyone else. So, I'm excited to see where his journey goes from this point.
