In a testament to the power of Photoshop, Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak were apparently followed on their vacation by Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim.
Guggenheim shared a pair of photos on Twitter, seemingly from the same series as that first Olicity photo from Season Four was released...but with a special guest star in the frame.

The vacation is the starting point of Oliver and Felicity's next journey, picking up following their decision at the end of Season Three to pick up and leave Starling City and its problems behind. That won't last long, though, as something will call Oliver back home...
