Hillary Clinton Ends Democratic Debate With A Star Wars Reference

The other day, President Obama ended his White House press conference with a reference to The Force Awakens and now Hillary Clinton is riding on his Star Wars coattails by getting in on the act too.

During Saturday night's Democratic presidential debate, the former Secretary of State and current frontrunner for the nomination, made a Star Wars reference in her closing remarks. Her closing statements began with her discussing how a Republican president would impact the rights of Americans and then she ended her speech with: "May the force be with you."

Check it out in the tweet or video below.

In this continuation of the Star Wars saga, balance returns to the Force as the First Order, emerging from the ashes of the Empire, clashes with the Resistance, which includes scrappy newcomers as well as heroes from the former Rebel Alliance.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is now playing at your local theater.

  1. Boy as a stupid millennial I'm going to vote for her, just because she referenced star wars.

  2. With her behaviour trying to set up Bernie Sanders, having the DNC work as her personal campaign staff, and making sure to schedule the debates at times when no one is watching like the above debate which happened opening night of Star Wars she looks more like she belongs on The Dark Side.

What a joke. Deceitful attempt to pander to fanboys and capitalize on the popularity of Star Wars. She makes me sick.
