Firefly's Nathan Fillion And Summer Glau To Reunite On Castle

Firefly stars Nathan Fillion and Sumer Glau will reunite when Glau guest stars on Fillion's Castle for a Season 8 episode.

According to TV Line, Glau will play a "smart, sexy and strong private detective" who go up against Fillion's Richard Castle on a case. Glau will appear in the 14th episode of Castle Season 8.

Glau reconnected with Fillion and fellow Firefly alum Alan Tudyk as part of the web series Con Man. She'll also be the third member of Serenity's crew to pay Castle a visit recently, with Gina Torres and Adam Baldwin having guest starred earlier this season.

In addition to Firefly and its follow-up film, Serenity, Glau will be recognizable from roles in The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Dollhouse, and Arrow.

Castle returns to ABC on Feb. 1.
