Stephen Amell has the self-described "best gig in all of DC" Entertainment right now. The actor is midway through his fourth season starring on The CW's Arrow, a show that the network has built an entire universe around. With The Flash in its second season and Legends of Tomorrow having just debuted, Amell's world just keeps getting bigger.

He also does something fairly unique in that world: he makes his fans a primary part of it. "I know for a fact that you can't do what we do if you don't have fans," Amell told ComicBook.com during an exclusive interview at Heroes and Villains Fan Fest in New Jersey. "Fans are who watch our show - if people don't watch our show, we don't get to make it anymore," he stated simply.

And so, for those fans, we took an in-depth look at how Amell got to where he is, and peel back the mask of the superhero Green Arrow and even the active social media maven. In the course of the conversation, we talked about hockey (and why he's an LA Kings fan), his castmates, occasional frustrations with the internet (which he clarified is nowhere close to anger), Arrow's impending probable pick-up for a fifth season, TMNT 2, and even just some general goals he'd like to achieve in 2016.

We'll be breaking down the video interview (which, apologies for the low sound level, but due to the weather we had some equipment that didn't make the trip) in written form, but wanted first to provide it here, in full, for your viewing pleasure. Make sure you watch my absolute favorite part, right around 9 minutes, when Amell goes full Canadian and hams it up for the camera.
