Guest characters have always been popular, whether it be Spawn and Link's inclusion in the Soul Calibur series, or Ryu Hayabusa being featured in Dead or Alive.
Microsoft's Killer Instinct has been on a guest character spree as of late, featuring both Rash (of Battletoads fame) and The Arbiter (from the Halo series). It looks like they'll keep the inclusive party going with the addition of Gears of War's General Raam if the screens from Iron Galaxy Studio's Adam "Keits" Heart are to be believed.
There isn't an actual shot of him in action, but his name is featured as a selectable option, so I imagine an official announcement is incoming.
