It's not a spotlight you can blast into the sky to summon the Dark Knight, but for under $40, fans can get their hands on a bat signal-inspired mood light to put in your room.

Here's the description fo the Batman Eclipse Light, for sale over at Smoko for $34.99:

Batman is one of the most popular comic book characters of all time, from the original Detective Comics (published by DC Comics) to his recent incarnation in the blockbuster films Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The Batman Eclipse Light, inspired by the iconic Bat-Signal - the silhouette logo used to summon the Caped Crusader.

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

I have that. I actually got it for $20. Not that bright but hey, it's what you get from the Dark Knight Light.

Was given one for Christmas. It's mounted on the wall by my desk. (I used the stand from the light to display one of my Batman action figures.) Note that the light is more like a series of small LED glows, not the big, round glow as in the photo, but it's still a very cool display.
