Arrow star Colton Haynes and Legends of Tomorrow star Falk Hentschel might as well have had their costumes on last Sunday when they came to the aid of Louise Dempsey.

Dempsey was attending a comic convention at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Birmingham when she was suddenly struck with back to back seizures. Dempsey spoke to the Birmingham Mail about the ordeal, saying: "Luckily my sister-in-law was behind me and caught me. I had two seizures in a row. I came out of one and went into another one."

That was the point where Haynes, who was attending the event with fellow castmates Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards, Charlotte Ross, and John Barrowman, entered the picture.

"Colton was behind me and, at one point, he had his arms around me. He was telling me that it was going to be OK, not to cry and not to get upset about it. He actually helped me up as well. They took me outside for some air and a guy who was with Colton came outside and helped me. There was a medical student also helping me. They calmed me down and made sure I was OK."

Afterwards, she posted a picture of her and Haynes and thanked the actor for his help.

"Thank you so much for all of your help when I had a seizure earlier. I'm seriously considering having you added to my tattoos as a thank you."

Haynes responded, saying: "I'm glad you're OK. Sorry you had to go through that. Sending you a massive hug and well wishes."

Also at her side, unbeknownst to her, was Legends of Tomorrow's Hawkman, Actor Falk Hentschel. She realized this after the fact and said: "I want to say thank you to Falk too. I did not know he had helped as well until someone tweeted me. They are real heroes."
