While Paul Feig's new Ghostbusters reboot has certainly divided fans, it seems to have united both previous and current stars of the franchise.

The Director released a photo on his Twitter account that included Ghostbusters new and old, including Bill Murray, Leslie Jones, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Annie Potts, and Ray Parker Jr.

He captioned the photo with: "I mean, c'mon, how can this picture NOT make you happy? This is an epic group of people. Happy Ghostbusters Day! 👻🚫🍾"

It seems many have come around once they were able to read the full script, just like Ernie Hudson ultimately did. After reading the finished draft he said: "They're extraordinarily funny and there's a great chemistry with them," Hudson told People. "I think it's going to be very good. The script I knew was good. I knew the special effects would be amazing. But I was really pleasantly surprised to see how the women kind of gelled together."

Aykroyd's gone even further with his praise after seeing a test screening of the film, saying: "As originator of the original: Saw test screening of new movie. Apart from brilliant, genuine performances from the cast both female and male, it has more laughs and more scares than the first 2 films. Plus Bill Murray is in it! As one of millions of man-fans and Ray Stantz, I'm paying to see that and bringing all my friends!"

While there is a Ghostbuster missing in Harold Ramis' Dr. Egon Spengler, I'm sure he would delight in seeing the legacy continue on.
