Theater Is Screening Jaws On A Lake

An authentic setting can make a great experience even better, and that is what the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is attempting to do with the film classic Jaws.

The popular theater is bringing back its Jaws On The Water event screenings, which will start on June 23rd. The company has selected a new location this year, and is creating a beach party like atmosphere for fans to experience the 1975 classic film in a brand new way.

Whether that's by chilling out in the water in a Jaws-themed Alamo shark tube (which comes free with ticket purchase), or just hanging out in a lawn chair on the shore, it will be a one of a kind viewing experience. You'll also be able to grab a drink or two at the Lone Star Beer Garden, and food will be available via a variety of Food Trucks. Plus, you'll be able to take the custom Alamo shark tube home with you after the movie comes to an end, or you can stop by their shop and buy some custom Jaws shoes.
