The Walking Dead's Ross Marquand Knows Who Negan Killed

The Walking Dead season 7 has been one of the best kept secrets since Jon Snow's Game of Thrones fate. Many fans think they know what happened and have a boat load of theories backing up their claims but, so far, AMC has managed to keep the recipient of Lucille's business end a secret.
The cast members, however, are a different story.
The Walking Dead started production on its seventh season in May and the back half of Negan's introduction has been filmed. At least one cast member has bowed out of The Walking Dead family and while goodbyes are certainly emotional for such a tightly knit cast, they're still not willing to spill the beans.
"I do personally know, but we're obviously not at liberty to talk about that," Ross Marquand tells IGN at the grand opening of Universal Studios Hollywood's The Walking Dead attraction.
"They do take it seriously, and I think it's a good reason," Marquand says of season 7's secrecy at AMC. "We want to protect it for the fans who don't want it spoiled. I think the majority of fans don't want to know. They want it to be an unspoiled thing. I started as a fan of the show. I would hate it if someone actually revealed to me what happened. That's like skipping to the last page of the book."
We may get a more clear picture of who it was (or at least, who it wasn't) at San Diego Comic Con in a few short weeks. A trailer for season 7 will debut and all of the Internet will be doing their part in dissecting it frame by frame for clues to offer those who actually do want to know who Negan killed.
The Walking Dead will return for its seventh season in October.
