It's been a while since fans have seen the eccentric Headbangers in a WWE ring. A few days ago, Glenn Ruth, aka Thrasher sent out a tweet saying that The Headbangers will be back together on SmackDown! Live. Fans asked if this was real or if Thrasher was simply having some fun and told fans to tune in Tuesday night.
WWE confirmed today that both Mosh and Thrasher of The Headbangers will indeed make their return to the WWE on SmackDown! Live tonight. The former Tag Team Champions tweeted from their individual account stating that they are on their way to Dallas tonight.

Mosh, aka Chaz, and Thrasher were originally released by WWE in 2001 and 2000, respectively and haven't been mentioned since their departure. It'll be interesting to see what they could offer after being away for almost twenty years. It's speculated it could do something with the SmackDown Tag Team Championship, but we'll all have to tune in to find out.
