Stranger Things has everyone theorizing what will happen next in the sleepy town of Hawkins, Indiana.

Even the cast is trying to figure out what is going on! Gaten Matarazzo, who plays super-nerd Dustin, let's us in on his own fan theory on an episode of AMC's Geeking Out.

You can watch Gaten explain what he thinks is going on with Will after he returns from the Upside Down in the video below:

Gaten goes on to explain that he thinks Will has superpowers just like the mind-bending little girl Eleven. His reasoning is because the Demagorgon attacked Will first, who was then able to communicate with his mom Joyce (Winona Ryder) through lighting and walls in their home.

It's almost as if Will created his own portal between the Upside Down and his home so he could tell his mother where he was. Which does make sense because no one else was able to communicate with the other realm out of thin air.

There was no explanation as to how Will was able to call his mom on the phone from the Upside Down either. And we never got an explanation as to why the town's power kept glitching.

He goes on to describe the ultimate power face-off between Will and Eleven once Will learns how to use these myserious powers.

While that would create an amazing scene, we don't want our favorite, quirky kids to have to fight. But with Stranger Things shocking us around every corner, anything can happen in season 2!

Barb was mentioned, too. But we really need to start accepting the truth - Barb is dead.
