Last Saturday, the third season of Star Wars Rebels got off to a great start with Ezra breaking Hondo out of an Imperial prison, Kanan and Bendu meeting, and Grand Admiral Thrawn making his debut. For those of you that want to look ahead to what's in store for Ezra, Kanan, Sabine, and Hera in the next three episodes of the widely popular Disney XD animated series, check out the synopses below.

Season 3, Episode 2 - October 1, 2016
The Holocrons of Fate
When Maul takes the crew of the Ghost hostage, Ezra and Kanan must pass a trial in order to recover an ancient Sith artifact to save them.

Season 3, Episode 3 - October 8, 2016
The Antilles Extraction
Sabine goes undercover as a cadet in the Empire's elite flight academy to help free several young pilots who want to defect to the rebellion.

Season 3, Episode 4 - October 15, 2016
Hera's Heroes
Hera's rebel supply mission to Ryloth becomes personal when she and the Ghost crew brave overwhelming Imperial forces to recover a memento from her ancestral home.

Having established a secret base on Atollon, the Ghost crew, now led by a more powerful Ezra, strengthens the rebel fleet by acquiring new resources and recruits eager to stand against the Empire. However, the Imperial efforts to eliminate the rebellion are now being led by the coldly analytical Grand Admiral Thrawn, whose strategic, tactical, and cultural insights make him a threat unlike any they have faced before. In Season Three, Ezra and Sabine take on new roles and challenges as the rebels prepare for their biggest mission yet — a direct assault on the Empire.

The talented returning voice cast includes Freddie Prinze Jr. as Kanan, Vanessa Marshall as Hera, Steve Blum as Zeb, Tiya Sircar as Sabine, Taylor Gray as Ezra, Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex, Captain Gregor, and Commander Wolffe, Sam Witwer as Darth Maul, and David Oyelowo as Agent Kallus. New to this season are Tom Baker (Dr. Who) as the intriguing Force-wise Bendu and Lars Mikkelsen (House of Cards) as the Star Wars Legends fan-favorite Grand Admiral Thrawn. We'll also be seeing the return of Bo-Katan from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, voiced once again by actress Katee Sackhoff.
