Major Issues: First appearance of Wally West

The first is our look at the introduction of (the second) Wally West.

The description of this Flashpoint character is pretty interesting, according to his ComicBookDB.com page he is the nephew of Iris West and was arrested for painting anti-Flash graffiti over Keystone City walls.

This version of Wally West made his first appearance in The Flash Annual 03 (2011). The New 52 product was 48-pages and cost its readers $4.99. It is available on the DCComics.com page for the same price.
