The rather public rollercoaster ride that is TNA has been at times more interesting to watch than the actual show they put on during a taping of Impact, and it continues to be an absolute mess.

For those who haven't kept up with the drama, TNA recently struggled to get it's Bound For Glory pay per view up and running, but fortunately, the company had an infusion of cash at the last minute to get things going. Since then, the company has secured additional funding thanks to its new investor Anthem Sports and Entertainment, who own the Fight Network.

The company issued a statement after the partnership was announced that detailed their plans for TNA, but they also mentioned that the loan TNA received from now President of TNA Billy Corgan was indeed paid back.

"TNA is a strong property for Fight Network and as a licensee and global distribution partner we have a keen interest in seeing the company not only survive but continue to grow and thrive, alongside our own growth," said CEO of Anthem, Leonard Asper. "We are hopeful that the company can soon get back to doing what it does best, which is to produce great wrestling content."

Here's the thing about that loan, though. According to court documents obtained by Pro Wrestling Sheet, which are part of the lawsuit that Corgan has filed against TNA (you know, the company he's president of), the loan repayment isn't necessarily his biggest issue. In the documents, Corgan is described as wanting TNA to admit that they defaulted on the loan he gave them. It's not really a pride thing, though, as if they do admit to that, he would gain additional control over the company, allowing him the ability to fire and hire accordingly. Dixie Carter and Impact Ventures are stating they are not insolvent, but Corgan wants them to prove it in court.

He's also evidently not too pleased that TNA was discussing buyout options with the WWE, and is also requesting "all documents sent or received from WWE or any of its representatives from January 1, 2016, to present, as well as "all documents relating to or referencing any negotiations between you and WWE regarding WWE's potential acquisition of you or any of your assets." It was rumored that WWE was interested in buying TNA's tape library, which would be useful to them as they now have several former TNA stars in their stable, including Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Bobby Roode, and Eric Young. It's also said that Corgan is requesting the physical location of that tape library.

In other words, the mess will just get worse before it gets better.
