You may have noticed, during the many commerical breaks of The Walking Dead this season, that AMC has been airing another web series. Passage airs a one-minute episode each week during The Walking Dead, and it's connected to the story in the spin-off series, Fear The Walking Dead.

AMC has done this before, as Flight 462 showed the onset of the infection on a crowded plane. After the plane went down, they used one of the main characters from the webisodes as a major part of the show's second season. It looks like that trend will continue with this new web-series.

Passage has been airing every week, and AMC released it's fourth episode online tonight. The story follows two women who meet at make-shift medical center in the desert. One of them is killing walkers while in a hazmat suit, the other is watching from behind some trucks.

At the onset of the second episode, the two women confront each other. The one from the hazmat suit seems to be strong and courageous, the other looks a bit more timid.

By this episode, the fourth in the series, the pair have started a journey to the US-Mexico border. They've heard that it's safer down south, and the shy woman says she knows a secret way.

According to her boyfriend, who was a border patrol officer, there is a tunnel that people don't know about. He had gone ahead to scout the location, but never returned.

Here, the two women talk about how to kill walkers. The strong partner gives the other a lesson in where to stab them, and hands over the knife she has carried throughout the series.

Stay tuned, as AMC will continue to release these webisodes throughout The Walking Dead season. If we're lucky, at least one of these new characters will become a major part of Fear The Walking Dead in season three.
