Listen To The Young Justice Soundtrack While Waiting For Season 3

So, there's good news and bad news when it comes to Young Justice Season 3. On the bright side, we now have confirmation that the beloved series will make a comeback with another season after years of fan-led petitioning. The bad news is that Season 3 is still a bit away. Fans have already done plenty of waiting when it comes to Young Justice, so they can wait just a little longer.

If you want to get your hands on the Young Justice soundtrack, then you can purchase the album over at La-La Land Records for about $16. The soundtrack contains more than 73 minutes of orchestral music from composers such as Kristopher Carter, Michael McCuistion, and Lolita Ritmanis. With an extensive track listing, fans of Young Justice can listen to more than 40 songs on repeat as they wait for the show's next season to air.

It may be awhile until fans learn when or where Young Justice Season 3 will premiere. News broke about the revival earlier this week when Warner Bros. Animation confirmed they were developing another run at Young Justice.

"The affection that fans have had for Young Justice, and their rallying cry for more episodes, has always resonated with us," said Sam Register, President, Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Digital Series, in a statement "We are excited to bring the show back for this loyal fanbase and to provide an opportunity for new viewers to discover this excellent series."

Not much was said about the season itself, but Warner Bros. Animation did say Young Justice's return "promises new twists, turns and dangerous new threats for the team, but most importantly, the opportunity for fans to finally continue the adventures of some of their favorite Super Heroes."

No release date or network partner was attached to the press released, but the studio did stress that information would become available sooner rather than later.

Of course, fans were simply happy to learn Season 3 of Young Justice had been green-lit to start. The series was canceled back in January 2013 by Cartoon Network after funding for the show ran out. Netflix then acquired Young Justice to stream on its site, and the show's creators urged fans to binge watch the series online if they wanted to see it revived one day. As such, dozens of fan-petitions and social media campaigns sprung up to champion the return of Young Justice - and those fans now know their voices were heard.
