In a very surprising finish, Goldberg defeated Brock Lesnar with two spears and a jackhammer in under two minutes in the main event at Survivor Series.

After a month of hype, the two men finally had their rematch from WrestleMania XX. Since their last encounter, Lesnar has become a known figure in the world of combat sports and Goldberg stuck with a more traditional route of a family man and car collector after stepping away from the ring. Their paths found each other once again after Goldberg was announced as a playable character in the latest WWE2K17 game.

The two had played mind games on Monday Night Raw and led to a physical altercation, which saw Goldberg get the upper hand was it enough to take down Lesnar at one of the biggest WWE events of the year? Apparently so.

The match had a completely different pacing from their first altercation with Lesnar going right for Goldberg and Goldberg fighting back. He positioned himself to hit two consecutive spears on the Beast Incarnate with Paul Heyman pleading on the outside. Once Goldberg finally caught Lesnar in his patented jackhammer, it was all over.


The Toronto crowd was shocked by the turn of events as Lesnar's experience was considered to make him the odds on favorite for the match, but Goldberg surprised us all with a quick and thunderous victory.

Goldberg had mentioned that this would be his one-and-done, but should Brock want a rematch, will he accept this time around? Should he accept? The fallout from this match should be very interesting to follow.
