If you're an avid collector of Funko POPs, you've undoubtedly seen the animated trailers that accompany each collector set release. Now the popular collectible is getting its own series of animated shorts starting with Spellbound.

Spellbound pits Spider-Man and Iron Man against the villainous Loki, who has his tesseract powered scepter in hand. It's the same scepter he was using in Avengers, and it allows him to control the minds of those under its influence, causing problems for Iron Man.

Spellbound is the first of three shorts, with the next two being "Bait N Switch" and "Chimichangas" (via EW). "Bait N Switch" will follow Rocket Raccoon as he breaks into the Collector's museum to rescue Groot, while "Chimichangas" will feature Deadpool battling it out with Venom.

"We are beyond excited to bring our Pop! Vinyl to life by collaborating with Marvel," Mark Robben, Funko's director of marketing, said in a statement. "We hope fans enjoy these short films as much as they do collecting Pop!, and hopefully we'll be able to create many more."

The characters are just as adorable as their POP counterparts, and while they don't really talk that much, there are plenty of sound effects and reactions, sort of like the early Lego games. You can view "Spellbound" in the video above.

The Marvel Funko animated shorts were created by A Large Evil Corporation and were executive produced by Brian Mariotti, Dan Buckley,Cort Lane, Joe Quesada, and Alan Fine.

"Bait N Switch" and "Chimichangas" are set to debut sometime in December, and if those prove popular, you can likely expect more to follow in 2017.
