Last night, DC's Legends of Tomorrow wrapped up the ongoing superhero crossover hosted by The CW. The event saw Supergirl, Green Arrow, the Flash, and the Legends of Tomorrow team up to fight a hostile group of aliens known as The Dominators. Now, the reports are in from last night's showdown, and it looks like ratings for the final episode were impenetrable as well.

Legends of Tomorrow raked in 3.33 million total viewers last night, an all-time high for the series. It also scored a rating of 1.1 which puts the episode just shy of Legends of Tomorrow's highest demo rating. The series premiered with a 1.2 rating when its pilot debuted.

So far, the Invasion! crossover special has done plenty of The CW and its overall ratings. On Monday, Supergirl pulled in excellent ratings when the four-way event kicked off. "Medusa" scored a 1.1 rating with audiences ages 18-49 and pulled in more than 3.5 million viewers. Those numbers put the crossover episode on par with Supergirl's second season premiere.

On Tuesday, the numbers kept flooding in when The Flash made a comeback. "Invasion!" drew in a rating of 1.5 and over 4 million viewers which translates to a 39% increase in viewership from last season's high of 3.17 million.

And, as expected, Arrow continued the trend on Wednesday night. The hit drama had a rating of 1.3 with more than 3.5 million viewers as well.

Next week, Legends of Tomorrow will return for one more episode before it goes on a midseason hiatus. "The Chicago Way" will bow the series out for the winter, and you can read the episode's synopsis below:

"LEGION OF DOOM — When a new Time Aberration is discovered by the Legends, they find themselves headed to 1927 Chicago. The Legends quickly realize that they have been set up by Eobard Thawne (guest star Matt Letscher), Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and the newest member of the Legion of Doom, Malcolm Merlyn (guest start John Barrowman).

While everyone is trying to help fix what they think is the mission, Jax (Franz Drameh) encourages a reluctant Stein (Victor Garber) to share his secret with the other Legends. Stein is taken captive and Sara (Caity Lotz) must make the tough choice of either stopping the Legion of Doom or saving Stein. Meanwhile, Rory (Dominic Purcell) gets an unexpected visitor and is not sure how to handle it. Brandon Routh, Nick Zano and Maisie Richardson-Sellers also star."

Ralph Hemecker directed the episode written by Sarah Nicole Jones & Ray Utarnachitt.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. "The Chicago Way" will debut on December 8, 2016.
