Look, it's no secret that many WWE Superstars have aspirations to make the jump to Hollywood features. While not many are going to be crossover stars like Dwayne The Rock Johnson, superhero films do seem like they would cater uniquely to the talents of the WWE. You have to be extremely fit, carry yourself like you're more powerful than everyone around you, and be able to be a larger-than-life character: all things that WWE Superstars do already.

While ComicBook.com pegged Charlotte Flair, the daughter of Rick Flair, as the perfect candidate to play a big screen Black Canary when casting WWE stars as superheroes (something Charlotte herself endorsed), she actually has another hero in mind as her ideal. During a twitter Q&A one fan asked her if she could be any comic book superhereo, who would she pick.

"Female Thor," Flair said succinctly in response to the question. Writer Jason Aaron, who co-created that version of the character, took notice and retweeted the response.

The female version of Thor debuted in the pages of Marvel Comics when Thor Odinson lost his worthiness, no longer able to pick up his mystical hammer Mjolnir, which gives him many of his powers. While still a god, he doesn't have full power. Instead, Jane Foster picked up the hammer, becoming Thor as the inscription says: "whosoever holds this hammer, if (s)he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor."

So, could Charlotte Flair be worthy? Well, she's recently given up the Women's championship again. With the Marvel Cinematic Universe looking to the future with possible recasting of characters, perhaps they'd prefer to go the legacy route and move into the next generation of Captain America, Iron Man and Thor, rather than simply making a new actor play Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, and Thor Odinson.

We'll next see Thor in Thor: Ragnarok, on big screens November 2017. Charlotte Flair can currently be seen on WWE RAW on Monday nights on USA, chasing that fourth WWE Women's championship.
