Sully, star Tom Hanks, and director Clint Eastwood were completely snubbed all the way around.

Sully did not recieve a best picture nomination in any category.

Tom Hanks (who won a Critics' Choice award) did not receive a best actor nomination.

And finally Clint Eastwood did not receive a best director nom.

Silence was left of out every single category in the Golden Globe nominations, failing to earn a nomination for best picture, best director, or best actor.

This was quite shocking as pundits expected the film to be nominated for at least...something.

Nocturnal Animals

Tom Ford's Nocturnal Animals did land multiple nominations including Best Director and Best Screenplay, it was still left out of Best Picture in any category.

Stars Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal were also snubbed for their leading performances.
