Before Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hit theaters, the film had some substantial reshoots, which resulted in a few different cuts of the film.
More images from those unseen portions are starting to make their way online now, including a new shot that shows Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) and Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) out on the beach. That's significant since at that point in the theatrical version they were already inside the Imperial Citadel. Another image shows Gareth Edwards standing alongside Alan Tudyk (K-2S0) (via SlashFilm).
Jyn Erso is also shown sitting inside the Rebel base in a moment of contemplation, but the most intriguing image happens to be one starring Ben Mendelsohn (Director Orson Krennic). In the image, he's pointing a blaster at someone off screen. You might assume that person to be Grand Moff Tarkin, as the two confronted each other over leadership duties on the Death Star in the final cut of the film. At one point it looks like Krennic might have risen above just threats (and complaining to Vader) in his ascension up the ladder.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, Jiang Wen and Forest Whitaker. Kathleen Kennedy, Allison Shearmur and Simon Emanuel are producing, with John Knoll and Jason McGatlin serving as executive producers.
