Chewbacca Rips Off Unkar Plutt's Arm In Star Wars: The Force Awakens Full Deleted Scene

Star Wars fans got their first look at this deleted scene from The Force Awakens, featuring Rey and Chewbacca in an encounter with Unkar Plutt, back in October. However, an extended and more violent version of the scene was included in the 3D Collector's Edition Blu-Ray that released the following month.

For those of you that didn't purchase that the 3D Collector's Edition Blu-Ray, you can now view the deleted scene in its entirety online. The scene takes place in Maz Kanata's fortress bar and begins with Unkar Plutt (Simon Pegg) confronting Rey about stealing the Millennium Falcon from him (which he stole, after it was stolen...). She points a blaster in his face, but he quickly disarms her and points the blaster right back at her. Chewbacca steps in and snatches the weapon from Plutt and hands it back to a grateful Rey.

The fearless (and stupid) junkboss of Jakku makes the mistake of challenging Chewbacca. "I'm not afraid of you," he boldly says, then pokes at Chewbacca's bandaged arm. "Half a Wookie isn't much." Chewbacca grabs and twists Plutt's right-arm, steps on Crolute's foot for leverage, and rips off the limb. Brutal!
